He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee and Iris Lee Harris; his sisters, Jean Harrison, Jessie Mae Heard, Irene Hubbard and Laurie Johnson; his aunt Louise Hill; and his great-nephew Kendall Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Ligon Harris; his children, Debra Ligon of Louisville, KY, Raliegh Ligon (Carletta) of Louisville, KY, Teresa Thompson (Gregory) of LaGrange, GA, Michelle Morgan of Savannah, GA, Yolanda Morgan of LaGrange, GA, Christina Ligon of LaGrange, GA and Crystal Blandingburg (Travis) of LaGrange, GA; his siblings, Freddie Magby, Gail McCord, Larry Favors, Alton Harris, Michael Harris and Norman Harris; his niece Sabrina Wilson; his siblings-in-law, Carrie Willis and Harold Ligon (Robbi); his aunts, Betty Hill and Tonya Carter; and his uncle Anthony Hill. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; eighty-one nieces and nephews, and an array of cousins and friends.
