She was predeceased by: her parents, Williams Williams and Myrtle Randall Williams; her husband Col Charles Rogers, Jr.; her children, Col. Charles Rogers, III and Penelope Rogers Jacoby; her siblings, Richard Williams, Bobby Williams and Dorothy Williams Knight; her son-in-law Robert Jacoby; and her grandparent Pa Williams.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charles Rogers, IV, David Jacoby, Brandon Rogers (Melissa), Adam Jacoby (Vanessa), Joshua Jacoby and Rebekah Rogers Grady (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Bailey Rogers Klassen (Adin), Josie Rogers, Piper Rogers, Lucas Rogers, Riley Jacoby and Avery Jacoby; her daughter-in-law Pamela Rogers; and her sister-in-law Debbie Rogers Edwards (Ronnie).

A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30241). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery - Valley.

Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Valley Alabama. in lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of.
