He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Crook and Hattie Moore Crook; and his former wife Joyce Annette Crook. He is survived by: his wife Annette Cordell Crook; his children, Nita Johns (Leon), Joanie Blanks (Chris) and Scott Crook (Angela); his stepdaughters, Robyn Schueler (Doug) and Angie Sledge (Roger); and his siblings, Frank Crook (Jenny), Carolyn Borrows, JoAnn Roberts and Pat Gilbert (Skip). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
