He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Blanche Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jalbert Bartley; his children, Kimberly Bartley Dunn, Cheryl Bacchi and David Wayne Bartley (April); and his sister Lanelle Thompson of Bath, NY.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
