She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Joe Mann and Glenys Landers Mann; and her brothers, O'Neal Mann, Kenneth Mann, Gary Mann and Terry Mann.
She is survived by: her sons, David "Stevie" Allen, Jr. and Michael Joe "Mike" Allen (Jasmine); her brother Billy Mann; her grandchildren, Breanna Allen, Mackenzie Allen, Madeline Allen, Michael Allen Jr., Major Allen, Ella Allen, Trey Allen and Toby Allen; and her great grandchildren, Kaidyn Parker, Kiestyn Parker, Ryder Martin and Mykel Martin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30241). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Meadoway Gardens Cemetery (3293 Hamilton Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241).
