She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Andrews, Karen Chase, Kevin Andrews (Sandy) and Kerrie Richardson (Joel); her brothers, Phillip Hosey (Gail) and Bobby Hosey; her grandchildren, Brandon Andrews (Tabitha), Travis Andrews, Christopher Chase (Megan), Elizabeth Daniel (Ricky), Caldon Andrews, Gracie Andrews, Haven Folsom (Christopher) and Jillian Waldroup; and her caregiver Charity Lashely. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
