He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Treadwell and Hettie Gay Treadwell; and his brothers, William Treadwell, Milford "Jake" Treadwell and Jerry Treadwell.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam McKeen Treadwell; his daughter Donna Treadwell Askins; his brother Claude Treadwell (Jan); his grandsons, John Askins (Amber) and Jared Askins (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Askins, Wesley Askins and Logan Askins. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
