It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Hillebrand (LaGrange, Georgia), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimer Dombrowski and Laura Chodzinski Dombrowski; her former husband Eugene; her son Gary Vargo; her sister Joan E. Dombrowski Karkiewicz; her grandson Jace Vargo; her brother Richard Dombrowski; and also Eugene Vargo.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Joseph Hillebrand; her children, Eugene "Gene" Vargo (Vivian), Michael Jr., Mark, Anthony Hillebrand and Michelle Slisz (Richard); and her grandchildren, Angie, Jessica, Emma, Christina, Carrie, Heather, Samantha, Alexis, Hayley, Chris, Grant, Jeremy, Kyle, Joshua, Mark Jr., Michael III, Shane and Seth. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19, Geri will be buried during a private ceremony at St. Joseph cemetery in South Bend, IN.
