He was predeceased by: his parents, Onest Stephens and Sue Stephens (Bonner). He is survived by: his wife Jane Elkins Stephens; his daughter Lori Stephens Taylor (Tim); his grandchildren, Landon, Reagan and Taylor of Mobile, Ala; his sister Bonnie Stephens Johnson (David) of Jasper, Ala; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah, Harold Martin of Mt. Hope, Ala and Vona Elkins of Moulton, Ala. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, two great nephews and three great nieces.
