He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lackey; his children, Deborah Traylor (David), Marvin Lackey, Molly Lackey (Alton), Douglas Lackey Jr. and Chris Lackey (Adena); and his stepchildren, Stewart Henry and Alexandria Crippa. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
