She was predeceased by: her parents, V. L. Owens and Frances Spears Owens; and her brother-in-law Bobby Clark. She is survived by: her husband Joe Franklin; her children, Ryan Hart (Camille) and Kristin Highland (Trevor); her siblings, Barry Ownes (Sandie), Wanda Cummings (David), Kathy Clark and Rhonda Harlin (Randal); and her grandchildren, Maylee Highland, John Will Highland, Mary-Frances Hart, Landry Hart, Luke Highland and Harper Hart.
