He is survived by: his children, Will Spradlin (Karla Maton), Tim Spradlin (Tammy), Bo Spradlin (Kassy Cameron), Jennifer Walker and Wanda Baswell; his siblings, Randy Spradlin (Vicky Harris), Dean Spradlin (Wanda), Doyle Spradlin (Michelle), Cindy Gough (Jeff) and Patty Spradlin; and his niece Betty Mayo. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
