He is survived by: his siblings, Todd Preavy, Brian Preavy, Dylan Preavy, Jessie Timbrook and Janice Gilbert; his nieces and nephews, April Golden (Anthony), Mary Ray Preavy, Kendall Cummings (Corey), John Preavy and Cassie Preavy; his great-niece Phoebe Cummings; and his great-nephew Aaron Golden.
