He is survived by: his wife Claudia Benitez Cruz; his stepsons, Jorge Benitez Cruz (Christina) and Jesus Benitez; his siblings, Pablo Benitez Jiemenez, Rojelo Benitez Jiemenez, Salomon Benitez Jiemenez, Antonio Benitez Jiemenez, Juan Benitez Jiemenez, Ramon Benitez Jiemenez, Irene Benitez Jiemenez, Silvia Benitez Jiemenez, Consuelo Benitez Jiemenez, Maria Benitez Jiemenez and Josefina Benitez Jiemenez; and his grandchildren, Asher Benitez and Alexi Benitez.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at 134 Pyne Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Peter's Catholic Church (200 Lafayette Pkwy, LaGrange, GA 30241).
