He is survived by: his wife Tabatha Medders; his children, Toney Medders of LaGrange, Matthew Thompson of LaGrange, Faullon Smith of LaGrange and Justin Smith of LaGrange; his parents, Joy Medders and Royce Medders of West Point; his siblings, Cheryl May of Hogansville, Roy Medders of Taylors, SC and Dale Pilgrim of Roanoke, AL; and his grandchildren, Lane Medders, Sutton Thompson, Summer Smith, Aiden Hardin, Piper Hardin and Clayton Smith.
