David E. Lyons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2020, at the age of 86, David E. Lyons (LaGrange, Georgia), born in Harvey, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lyons and Mildred Yetiva Hall Lyons; his wife Dorothy "Gramma" Lyons; and his brothers, Allen Lyons and Ron Lyons.
He is survived by: his children, Lorrie Karpik, David Lyons (Wendy) and Jim Lyons (Tracy); his grandchildren, Jodi Vaughn (Jeremy), Jeff Karpik (Whitney), Chad Lyons (Erika Atkinson), Drew Lyons, Meagan Lyons, Katie Lyons, Matt Lyons and Abby Lyons; and his great grandchildren, Kirstin Vaughn, Sophie Vaughn, Adaly Lyons, Izzy Vaughn, Lorali Daniel, Greyson Lyons, Burkley Karpik, Aria Daniel, Haisley Lyons and Harrison Lyons. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Dave "PaPa" Lyons.
