He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Woodruff and Mary Elizabeth Wadsworth Woodruff; and his grandparents, Thomas Hawkins Wadsworth, Eva Lucille Wadsworth, Dave Woodruff and Mary Woodruff.

He is survived by: his son Seth Quinton Rice; and his siblings, James Woodruff (Sharon) and Priscilla Mallory (Dean). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

All services will follow the COVID-19 Guidelines that have been set by our State Health Department.
