He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Alan Kemper (Allison) of Lagrange, Randy Kemper (Liz) of Lagrange and Melissa Westbrook (Charles) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Aaron, Aida, Jacob, Simon, Ian, Cecil, Arthur and Heath. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
