He was predeceased by: his parents, Mr Henry Kelley and Mrs Ivy McDaniel Kelley; his wives, Mrs Helen Dulin Kelley and Lucille Gentry Kelley; and his siblings, Una Hudson, Thelma Florence and Chester Kelley.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Taylor (Eddie) of Hogansville, GA, Debra Cato of Fletcher, NC, Jaurita Kelley-Weaver of Canton, GA and Kathy Gentry of LaGrange, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
