He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ralph Whitaker, Sr. and Juanita Miller Whitaker; and his brother Bill Whitaker. He is survived by: his children, Rick Dudley (Donna), Jennifer, Jake, Megan and Christine Jackson; his grandchild C. J.; his child Tracy Hardy (Billy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Michael and Kenneth Whitaker (Melinda); his children, Taylor, Will, Zach and Ashley; his brother Leonard Whitaker; and his close friend Judy Runyan. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
