He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles (Jack) and Martha Willingham, Sr.; and his brother Michael Willingham. He is survived by: his children, Caleb Willingham and Amy Welch (John); his granddaughter Avi Welch; and his sisters, Tonya Brisky (Randy) and Vicki Brawner (Johnny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and several dear and close friends.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, a family graveside service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at the Restlawn Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Homeless Veterans Association.
