He was predeceased by: his father Ralph William Fuller, Sr.; his wife Patricia JoAnn Pike Fuller; his brother Timmy Fuller; and his sister-in-law Judy C. Fuller. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lillian Davis Fuller; his sons, Charles "Chad" William Fuller, Jr. (Pam Kirk Fuller) and Brian Scott Fuller (Amber Fuller); his grandchildren, Austin, Cass and Johnny; and his great grandchild Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
