With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Stephen Neely (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Charles Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet; his son Craig S. Neely; and his parents, Charles Neely and Lola Neely. He is survived by: his children, Christopher S. Neely (Carol), Leslie E. Neely, Carl S. Neely, Elizabeth N. Sullivan and Harriet N. Chambers (Allan); his daughter-in-law Julie M. Neely; and his grandson Charlie Sullivan.
