She is survived by: her children, Lewis Wortham, Jr. and Catherine Elaine Dunlap (Herman) of Pine Mountain, GA; her daughter-in-law Linda Holt Wortham; her grandchildren, Brandon Dunlap (Tiffany), Brad Dunlap, Montez Wortham and Taron Wortham; her siblings, Beatrice Butler of Newnan, GA, Juanita Green of Waldorf, MD and John Leslie of Pine Mountain, GA; her aunt Bessie Fitzpatrick of Pine Mountain, GA; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Jean Wortham, Lonnie Ogletree and Billy Williams; her goddaughter Ramona Fanquez; her children, Jimmy, Johnnie, Danny Rexrode, Jeff and Sally Askew; and her close friends, Elaine Bell, Bill Champion and Denise Toney. She is also survived by nieces, relatives, and friends.
