She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Taylor and Hazel Danford Taylor; her former husband Charles F. Sands, Jr.; her siblings, Dan Taylor, Betty Jo Jones (George) and Caffie Stogner; her stepson Steven G. Williams; and her grandson Steven A. Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Marion Williams; her daughters, Tracy Waller (Charles III) and Cindy Fenn (Mark); her siblings, Martha Holloway (Rayford), Debbie Pike (Ricky) and Eddie Taylor (Sherry); her grandchildren, Carol McDonald (Joshua), Elizabeth Waller, Kimberly Alexander and Peter Koenig; her great grandchildren, Ada Waller, Lilly McDonald Charlie McDonald, Justin Alexander, Brionna Alexander and Aisha Koenig; and her close friends, Gail, Phil Crawford and Nancy Marsh. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
