He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Lynn Lewis (Bobby); his brother Donald Whitlock; his former wife Vickie Whitlock Moss (Charles); his friend Dawn Smith; and his niece Renee. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
