He is survived by: his mother Vivian Lee; his wife Joyce Furgerson Lee; his daughter Mary Lee Binion (Will Binion); his grandchildren, Ansley Watts and Lance Binion; his sister Susan Renee; his father-in-law Kenneth Furgerson; his niece Heather Ann Palmore; and his nephew Jeremy Steven Whatley. He is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.

In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the LaGrange-Troup County Humane Society, 1390 Orchard Hill Road, LaGrange, GA 30240.
