He is survived by: his pet Cowboy; his significant other Duwanda Phillips of LaGrange; his children, Nicki Barradas (Fabian) of Pine Mountain and Toby Joe Payne; his stepdaughter Ariel Gomez (Marlon); his sister Kathy Payne; and his niece Alisha Mathis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; great-niece and great-nephews.
