He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Millar and Sarah Elizabeth Priest Millar; his brothers, Robert Millar and Jerry Millar; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Millar.
He is survived by: his wife Liz Millar; and his siblings-in-law, Leslie Miles (Monika) and Libby Millar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and church friends.
