She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mia Lindsey and Anaah McNeese; her brother Willie M. Zackery; her nephews, Frederick Hutchinson and Omar Hutchinson; her aunts, Uzell Ricks, Ola M. Carlisle of Lanett, Alabama, Viola Billingslea and Lula Shealey of Atlanta, Georgia; and her daughter-in-law Linda Freeman.
