With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Bearden-Turner of LaGrange, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Buren Ayres, Sr. and Cola Frances Dunbar; her former husband Walter H. Bearden; her husband John W. Turner; her brother Elwood Ayers; and her stepchildren, Paul Bearden, Wally Bearden, Jr. and Linda Head (Melody Bearden).
She is survived by: her son David Matthew Bearden, Sr. (Lisa); her stepchildren, Larry Turner (Sheila), Donnie Turner (Pam), Linda Hodges (Donny), Joyce Wood (Gary) and Bonita Davidson (Charles); and her sister Frieda Smith. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; extended family.
