Annie Simpson McGee Patillo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025, at the age of 82, Annie Simpson McGee Patillo (LaGrange, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Bob and Fannie Bell Simpson; her siblings, Sylvester, Arthur, Willie, Charlie, Elvonia, Shirley, William, Alfonzia, Sr., Vira, Bobbie and Johnnie L.; and her grandson Rodriquez Rashad McGee.
She is survived by: her children, Dionne McGee-McCord of LaGrange, GA and Rev. Felix McGee of West Point, GA; her grandchildren, Ja'Nae McGee, Briah Hunter, Felicia McGee and Cameron McGee; her great grandchild Teres Q. Young, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Willie Ruth Simpson, Gertrude Simpson, Joyce Simpson, Wylene Peterson, Marie Simpson and Rev. Charlie Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Springs Baptist Church (4450 GA-18, West Point, GA 31833).
