She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Allen and Mary Allen (Stewart); her former husband Richard Louis Williams, Sr.; her son Richard Louis Williams, Jr.; her husband Frank Rutherford; her siblings, James Allen, Sr., Ola Mae Traylor, Anne Lee McPherson, Mary Estelle Williams, William Allen, Frank Allen, Jr. and Aretha Allen; her granddaughter Montonia Heard; and her niece Annie Clyde Ridgeway.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lois Williams; her sister Margaret Amos (Fred); and her grandchildren, Victor Williams (Tasha), Mitchell Williams, Richard Louis Williams III, Kinta Heard, Shanovia Williams Daniel (Kevin), Marquite Heard, Dametraus Jaggers (Kristen), Ricky Jaggers and Jason Lovett. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
