He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Junior Creed and Nancy Lou Moon Creed; his son James Creed; and his brother Rex Creed. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Creed; his children, Dawn Fuller and Jack Creed of LaGrange, GA; his grandchildren, Tyler Fuller of LaGrange, GA and Hayley Atkins of Opelika, AL; his sisters, Cynthia Scott and Rhonda Wingo of LaGrange, GA; and his brother-in-law William Alan Nix of Bethlehem, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Wesley Methodist Church, LaGrange, GA or the American Heart Association in memory of Mr. Alex Bill Creed.
