She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Hines (Keith); her grandchildren, Matthew Cole Hines (McKenna) and Whitney Cheyenne Hines (Andrew Lewis); her great grandchildren, Gentry Rae Hines and Halle Grae Hines; her stepdaughter Karen Noel (Jay); and her stepgrandsons, Joey Herrington (Jennifer) and Greg Herrington.
