He was predeceased by: his father R. W. Rowland, Jr.; and his great grandchild Baylor Colt Moore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rowland of Kite; his children, Jeff Rowland (Kaye) of Monroe, NC, J. R. Rowland (Vi) of South Port, NC and April Purvis (Craig); his siblings, Pam Gordan of Eatonton, Rhonda Webb (Terry) of Swainsboro, Tammy Carter (Malcolm) of Vinemont, AL and Mike Rowland (Ellen) of Swainsboro; and his niece Ashley King (C. J.) of Kite. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
