She is survived by: her husband Michael Shane Pernell of Kite; her daughter Amber Orce Wilcher (Steven) of Wrightsville; her grandchildren, Alisa Wilcher, Ryan Wilcher and Eden Wilcher; and her siblings, Kay S. Chandler (John) of Harrison, Danny Simpson (Carole) of Sandersville and Lane.
