She is survived by: her sons, Lynward Fortner (Theresa) of Milledgeville and Guy Fortner of Kite; her sister Joyce Moore of Kite; her grandchildren, Kelly Fortner (Robin) of Swainsboro, Casey Fortner (Tiffany) of Lawrenceville, Amber Fortner of Milledgeville and Mechele Fortner of Austin, TX; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Fortner, Piper Fortner, Brodie and Jade; and also Tabitha Nations. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
