It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Sheppard of Kite, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Silas Sheppard and Aubrey Tharp Sheppard; his siblings, Milton Sheppard, Lemar Sheppard and Sara Elizabeth Wheeler; and his daughter Linda Kay Miller. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
