He was predeceased by : his parents, Elton Newsome and Eula Mae Way Newsome; and his wife Martha Lee Newsome. He is survived by : his children, Sammy Newsome (Lynn) of Kite, Angela Griffin (Todd) of Adel and Tammy Trujillo of Metter; his grandchildren, Justin Newsome, Blake Morrison, Tyler Morrison, Jacob Griffin, Dakota Edenfield (Megan), Devin Edenfield and Alex Trujillo; and his sister Annette Jenkins of Adel. He is also survived by several Great-grandchildren; his beloved dog, Buddy; and many friends.
