It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ronald Fields of Kite, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. E. Fields and Mary Ann Price Fields; and his siblings, Billy Ray Fields, Toby Fields, Randy Fields, Tommy Edward Fields and Gloria Kitchens.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rowland Fields; his children, Chris Fields (Cori) of Wrightsville and Teri Ward (Lanier) of Melbourne, FL; his grandchildren, Hunter Aldrich (Emily), Nick Lawhorn (Maddie), Lane Aldrich (Breanne), Allie Ward, Ethan Fields, Nathaniel Fields and Lucas Fields; his great grandchild Ellie Aldrich; and his mother-in-law Geneva Rowland of Kite. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Kite First Baptist Church.
