He was predeceased by : his father William Floyd Conley; his sister Debra Diaz; and his grandparents, Arthur, Ruby Conley, Clint and Claudia Riner.

He is survived by : his wife Tammie Conley of Kite; his mother Inez Conley (John) of Fayetteville; his children, Bobby Conley, Jr. of Kite, Sarah Coleman (Bill) of Kite and Julia Conley (Daniel Lane) of Louisville; his siblings, William Conley, Jr. (Melissa) of Blythe, Barbara Jean Conley of Swainsboro, Melinda Wilkerson (Junior) of Swainsboro and Sheila Wheeler of Swainsboro; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Wilke, Matthew Wilkes, Cloe Wilkes and Aiden Sutton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
