He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Jackson Williams and Oca Rowland Williams; his daughter Margie H. Williams; and his siblings, Lamar Williams, Elton Williams (Ram) and Maxine Virginia Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Ethelyn G. Brady Williams of Kite; his children, Billy Ray Williams of Kite, Warren Clifton Williams of Kite, Judy Riner (Robert) of Swainsboro, Brenda Creech (Jim) of Kite, Sherry Purvis (Ray) of Kite and Patricia Wheeler (Bill) of Harlem; his siblings, Rowland Williams of Kite, Glenn Williams of Kite, Woody Williams of Kite, Gerome Williams of Claxton, Edith Pundt of Wadley and Lynette Watson of Macon; and his stepchildren, Sue B. Ross of Kite, J. M. Brady of Kite and Randy Brady of Kite. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
