He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank Jolly Jr. and Romie Eugenia Milam Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Louise Ivanelle Etheridge Jolly; his children, Robbie Pierce (William) and Frank Jolly (Elli Heaton); and his sister Genie Certain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
