He is survived by: his daughter Amanda (Bubba Womack) of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Eddie Maddox (Yvonne) of Kingston, GA, David Maddox of Fairmount, GA, Jerry Maddox (April) of Kingston, GA and Missy Maddox (Danny) of Adairsville, GA; his sister-in-law Kathy Bradshaw; his grandchildren, Parker and Maddox Womack; and his nieces, Kristen Womack (Chad), Brooke Mullins (Matt) and Brittany VonBehren. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and friends.
