She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Eugene Neal Sr.; and her siblings, Albert Heath, Fred Heath, Rosa Mae Ghorley and Pauline Guyton.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Neal Jr., Michelle Schultz and Carolyn Heath; her grandchildren, Jason Neal, Joshua Long (Sarah), James Long (Deborah), Heather Barnett and Deena Wilson; and her niece Martha Ghorley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
