She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Matthews and Maggie Matthews; her husband James Marvin Duvall; her sons, Randal James Duvall and Jerry Lee Duvall; and her siblings, Billy Matthews, Nolan Matthews Matthews, Shalon Matthews, Hylen Matthews, Dual Matthews, Betty Faye Matthews and Annie Mae Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Timmy Duvall (Christy), Kay Hardigree, Tammy Brooks, Dianne Johnson (Will) and Kathy Ray (Johnny); and her brother Paul Matthews. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
