He was predeceased by: his parents, Chella Dolus and Catherine Buttram Duvall; and his sister Clarsey Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Brenda F. Swann of Kingston; his sons, Jerry Kerr of Rome, Scotty Kerr of Rome and Jeff Garrison of LaFayette; his brothers, Charles Duvall of Kingston and Dolus Duvall of Rome; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Garrison and Lane Garrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
