It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Marcellus Burch (Kingston, Georgia), who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Burch and Verna Roberts Burch; and his siblings, Walter Fields, Glen Gray, Mary Jean, Iris Roberts, Eva Tigner and Bessie.

He is survived by: his siblings, William Abb, Arthur Merritt and Sarah Francis; his wife Jane; his children, Dr. Joseph John Burch of Kingston and Jeanna Burch Bierenfeld of Dunwoody; his grandchildren, Brian Joseph Burch (Caitlin), Virginia Iris Elizabeth Manley (Terry Lee), Alexander Burch, Cameron Miller (Beth) and Carter Wayne Miller (Holly); and his great grandchildren, Everett and Oliver Manley.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First Baptist Church Foundation.
