He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hulsey and Inez Robinson Gilmore; and his siblings, Ray Hulsey, Raymond Hulsey, Danny Knight and Lorriane Harris.
He is survived by: his pets, Boo Boo and Hershey; his wife Marilyn Marie Hulsey of Kingston, GA; his children, Steve Hulsey (Melissa) of Rome, GA, Cathy Kerce of Kingston, GA, Cynthia Womack (Kelly Mills) of Rome, GA, Donna Womack and Lisa Weiner of Tampa, FL; his sister Faye Freeman Smith; his grandchildren, Leslie Sellers (Berry), Josh Kerce (Kristy), Ryan Hulsey, Lt. Will Hulsey and Curtis Womack; his great grandchildren, Austin Kerce, Langley Ann Kerce, Lexi Hulsey, Kaleb Schmidlkofer, Gage Schmidlkofer, Carter Sellars and Kimberlee Sellars; and his great great grandchild Harper Rae Schmidlkofer.
